Minerva visit to the Calvert Trust

On Wednesday 19 February students from the Minerva Centre visited the Calvert Trust situated on Kielder Water. We were shown round by senior instructor Jane Dolbear.

This gave us a very clear idea about how the Calvert Trust operates. It can accommodate all types of people and work round their diabilities, creating specific programmes for each individual. The group also visited the Bird of Prey Centre where Raymond fed a vulture and Stephie was reunitied with her adopted owl.
