Saturday arts club for Ukrainian children!

The Minerva Centre has been hosting arts and crafts play time classes for Ukrainian children every Saturday for 11 months now. The children come from different parts of Ukraine and are now living in Northumberland and Tyne & Wear while the troubles continue in their homeland.
Minerva is delighted to host these bright, creative, spirited young minds who have doing such things as making Halloween costumes, learning how to mix colours, designing t-shirts, drawing, painting and recently designing and producing their very own Christmas cards which are being sent to their loved ones back in Ukraine.
